Job Purpose
We are seeking a highly organized and process-driven Business Administration & Operations Specialist to serve as the operational backbone of our Games team. This role will focus on coordinating corporate administration workflows specific to the gaming industry, including licensing agreements, compliance, and payment processing, while applying strong project management principles to keep operations running smoothly across multiple workstreams.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Coordinate inter‑departmental approval workflows between legal, finance, operations, and partnership teams to ensure the timely execution of deals and payments.
- Track and manage SAP or ERP-based payment systems, ensuring accurate invoice processing, payment schedules, and compliance with contractual terms.
- Serve as the central coordination point for partnership operations—maintaining deal trackers, contract repositories, and payment timelines by documenting.
- Plan, monitor, and report on operational projects, identifying risks, managing dependencies, and ensuring stakeholder alignment across business administration tasks.
- Drive process optimization projects, proactively identify bottlenecks in approval chains, payment cycles, or contract workflows, and recommend process improvements.
Education and Experience
- Educational or professional background in Legal, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in business administration, operations coordination, or corporate project management—preferably within gaming, entertainment, media, or tech industries.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong project management experience, including planning, resource coordination, stakeholder management, and execution across corporate systems and cross‑functional teams.
- Proven experience working with corporate systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ERP/procurement platforms, with an understanding of contract workflows, approval chains, and payment cycles in a corporate environment.
- Expert with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Airtable, Notion), Microsoft Suite, and Google Workspace, and AI workflow automation platforms.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a strong plus given the Riyadh location).
Nice to have:
- Prior experience handling game licensing deals, partnership agreements, and IP rights.
- Passion for gaming and esports—understanding of the industry landscape, key players, and ecosystem dynamics is a strong advantage.
