Job Description

Raffles The Red Sea is seeking a professional and customer-focused Spa Supervisor to join our luxury resort in Umluj, Saudi Arabia. As the Spa Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our world-class spa facility, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and leading a team of skilled spa professionals.

  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of spa operations, including treatments, scheduling, and inventory
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of spa therapists and support staff to deliver outstanding service
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain the highest standards of hygiene
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase spa revenue
  • Monitor and maintain the quality of spa treatments and services
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for product replenishment
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including budgets and forecasts
  • Stay updated on industry trends and introduce innovative spa treatments and services
  • Collaborate with other departments to create integrated wellness experiences for guests
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in spa operations, with a proven track record in a supervisory role
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a diverse team
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Proficiency in spa operations management, including scheduling and inventory control
  • In‑depth knowledge of spa treatments, products, and current wellness trends
  • Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and revenue management
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the spa industry
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred)
  • Relevant spa or beauty therapy certifications
  • Experience in the luxury hospitality industry is highly desirable
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
