Overview

The Solution Design Sr. Engineer is responsible for designing and validating integrated technology solutions across ADC’s connectivity and digital platforms. This role translates business and technical requirements into scalable, secure, and future‑ready solutions, working closely with engineering, product, and architecture teams to ensure solution integrity and alignment with ADC’s strategic technology roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed end-to-end solution designs for key projects and initiatives across ADC’s telecom and digital domains.
• Ensure solutions meet scalability, security, integration, and performance standards.
• Participate in cross‑functional design workshops and contribute to solution blueprinting efforts involving network, cloud, applications, and security.
• Prepare and review High‑Level Designs (HLDs), Low‑Level Designs (LLDs), and interface specifications to ensure solution integrity and interoperability.
• Collaborate with product and commercial teams to validate solution feasibility and alignment with customer expectations.
• Provide technical inputs and documentation to support RFPs and bid responses.
• Engage with strategic vendors and technology partners on solution discussions and co‑design activities.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of solution design standards and best practices.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (Master’s is a plus).

Experience

• +2 years in solution architecture, network engineering, or technology design roles, with experience delivering complex cross‑domain solutions.
