The project:

This opportunity is to be involved in a major mixed‑use development, in Riyadh. The programme consists of over 200 projects including cultural and heritage assets, F&B, retail and hotels, commercial buildings and educational facilities.

Mace is currently providing programme management and are looking for high‑calibre experienced people.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Develop and maintain tools for data collection, dashboards, and reporting systems.
• Coordinate and distribute regular and ad-hoc project reports.
• Ensure quality and consistency in reporting processes and automation.
• Support continuous improvement and identify system/process enhancements.
• Apply expertise in PowerApps, Power Automate, SharePoint, PowerBI, and PMIS.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, respond to requests, and manage risks.
• Demonstrate strong communication, mentoring, and presentation skills.
• Promote safety, integrity, and team culture while driving project controls excellence.

You’ll need to have:

• Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/ programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Extensive years of experience in Digital Development.
