Responsibilities

• To lead and manage health, safety, and environmental activities on construction sites, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, company policies, and international safety standards.
• Implement and enforce the project’sHSE plan, procedures, and policies.
• Ensure compliance withlocal regulations,OSHA,NEBOSH, and other relevant standards.
• Conduct regularsite inspections,audits, andrisk assessments.
• Lead investigations ofaccidents,near misses, andunsafe conditions.
• Prepare and submitincident reports, root cause analyses, and corrective action plans.
• Maintain records of safety performance and incident statistics.
• ConductHSE inductions,toolbox talks, andsafety training sessionsfor site personnel.
• Promote a strong safety culture through awareness campaigns and engagement activities.
• Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, and client representatives on HSE matters.
• Participate inHSE meetings,emergency drills, andsafety reviews.
• Ensure proper use ofPPE,signage, andsafety equipmenton-site.
