Job description

Cognizant is hiring a Service Line Specialist specialized in Intelligent Automation for the fast-paced middle east region (UAE/SAUDI/QATAR).

This position will be responsible for generating opportunities for Consulting, Automation and Operational Analytics with existing clients and new logo prospects. You will closely collaborate with Cognizant’s Client Partners and offshore delivery team to identify opportunities and sell Automation programs, leveraging their deep industry and capability knowledge.

Join our growing teams in Middle East region for this SME role dedicated to IPA (intelligent Process Automation). You will grow your Business Process transformation and business consulting leadership skills and help prospective clients develop innovative solutions, improve their operating models and execute strategic opportunities.

This role will be based in our office in the Riyadh and will imply regular travels in the region.

Responsibilities
  • Play a leading role in the IPA sales process presenting solutions to top prospects and communicating the business value proposition
  • Collaborate with Cognizant Client Partners, Sales Executives and Nearshore/Offshore Delivery Managers to generate new leads from existing accounts
  • Analyze and assess various industry verticals and prioritize Advisory, Automation and Operational Analytics offerings to address the present and future state issues faced by companies in this industry vertical.
  • Increase sales/revenue and build a sales pipeline in order to meet IPA sales objectives
  • Expand Cognizant’s automation portfolio in existing accounts
  • Support the direct team and ensure effective performance management.
  • Develop new and manage existing client relationships in conjunction with the account team.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of all facets of the Intelligent Process Automations tools and techniques and how they apply to client business environments
Your profile
  • You need to feel comfortable in leading from the front and show strong ability to build internal and external networks. You have a mix of strategic thinking and tactical execution and define yourself as a self-starter.
  • Business degree with 8 years + developing, pursuing, selling, IT, ITES or consulting services in the Middle-East region
  • Proven experience with Automation vendors and tools : Microsoft, UiPath, Blueprism, and Automation Anywhere
  • Proven experience supporting account teams and building collaborative relationships with external and internal partners.
  • Understanding of Nearshore and offshore delivery models.
  • Ability to work with a cross-functional team of experts, and account executives across internal functions / business units.
  • Demonstrable problem solving abilities with the aptitude to identify strategic solutions to business problems.
  • Readiness to travel on a regular basis to visit clients, attend events and meet the ecosystem
  • Excellent communication in English and Arabic
