Role Overview
Service Engineer – Mechanical & Electrical Systems. The role provides technical support, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of a wide range of equipment including balancing machines, refrigeration systems, electrical assets, protection relays, servers, compressors, turbines, variable frequency drives, and more. Candidates must have mechanical engineering expertise and relevant experience.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and services for balancing machines, focusing on installation, troubleshooting, and customer training.
- Perform advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of servers, leading maintenance efforts and providing Level 2 support to partners.
- Conduct service interventions, installation, maintenance, and training in refrigeration systems.
- Test and troubleshoot electrical assets, manage service jobs, ensure compliance, and provide technical guidance with strong analytical skills.
- Supervise team activities, maintain equipment, operate baggage screening, and ensure compliance with safety standards while fostering communication and collaboration.
- Modify, test, and commission electrical equipment, including protection relays, with a focus on customer training and project management.
- Provide exceptional customer service, conduct testing and commissioning of electrical systems, and perform maintenance while ensuring compliance with safety policies.
- Execute planned and emergency service activities on pumps and machinery, ensuring safety, quality documentation, and effective communication skills.
- Perform motor repair, installation, troubleshooting, and documentation; requires mechanical engineering degree and experience in service operations.
- Lead technical support, installation, and maintenance of Siemens MV variable frequency drives and motors.
- Provide advanced technical service solutions related to the installation and validation of new ASP systems, planned and corrective maintenance.
- Support installation and maintenance of centrifugal compressors and steam turbines, ensuring customer satisfaction and producing detailed service reports.
- Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs of Supermicro servers, provide Level 2 support, and manage service tickets while training new engineers.
- Implement and manage advanced cybersecurity solutions, provide customer support, document processes, and possess strong analytical skills and relevant certifications.
- Install, commission, calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain various online process and environmental analyzers.
- Implement safety policies, manage field service activities, conduct inspections, and provide quality assurance for BOP and Diverter operations.
- Conduct testing and maintenance of electrical systems, troubleshoot faults, program PLCs while ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems, utilizing diagnostic tools and technical drawings, while adhering to safety regulations and quality standards.
- Conduct inspections and maintenance on heavy equipment, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with logistics; requires a degree in engineering and hands‑on experience.
- Perform maintenance and repairs on mobile equipment, conduct inspections, implement safety measures, and maintain detailed logs; requires a Mechanical Diploma.
- Diagnose and repair vehicle issues, perform maintenance, and communicate with customers; requires automotive technology knowledge and ASE certification.
- Responsible for installation and maintenance of fire protection systems, requiring technical specifications, project supervision, and effective communication.
- Safely operate casing/tubing tongs, maintain equipment, attend HSE meetings, and collaborate with team members for effective job execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred). Electrical Engineering or Protection Engineering may also be acceptable.
- 4–10 years of experience in service, maintenance, testing, and commissioning of mechanical or electrical systems.
- Proficiency in installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of balancing machines, refrigeration systems, servers, pumps, compressors, turbines, VFDs, and protection relays.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Knowledge of safety policies, compliance standards, and quality assurance processes.
- Experience with PLC programming, diagnostics, and technical documentation.
- ASE certification or equivalent automotive technology certification (for vehicle maintenance roles).
- Ability to operate within mobile and heavy equipment environments, perform inspections, and maintain detailed service logs.
