Job description
Role Definition

The primary purpose of the senior Solution Sales role is to lead, drive, and manage the line of business across Strategic Accounts in the Kingdom, consistently attaining targeted revenue and profitability goals. This is achieved through sales leadership, use of relevant processes, and continuous training to meet all sales and quality targets in line with business objectives. The position also serves as the primary escalation point for Solution Sales activities.

Expectations and Tasks
  • Build, drive, and grow the business across strategic accounts.
  • Manage the sales pipeline proactively to ensure attainment of established goals.
  • Participate in regular business review meetings or forecast calls.
  • Provide feedback to Field Management on engagement level with the Solution Sales Team.
  • Sell the BTP portfolio and act as the point of contact in these strategic accounts.
  • Work with marketing and field sales management to understand and implement initiatives with Solution Sales requirements.
  • Drive and coordinate with the field management team to develop pipeline, revenue, and demand management.
  • Provide feedback on executed initiatives to enable continuous program improvement.
Work Experience
  • Extensive sales experience with business applications and/or IT solutions; experience selling to CXOs.
  • Collaborative style and ability to work in a networked organization with virtual teams.
  • Proven track record of capturing and growing customer and market share profitably.
  • 8+ years of experience in sales and sales management (direct sales).
  • Successful quota‑carrying track record with a history of exceeding quotas.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (Saudi national language).
Education and Qualifications / Skills and Competencies
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or related fields.
