A leading enterprise software company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a senior Solution Sales professional to drive business growth across strategic accounts. Candidates should possess over 8 years of extensive sales experience with IT solutions and a proven ability to exceed sales targets. Fluency in English and Arabic is essential for success in this role. The position includes responsibilities such as managing the sales pipeline effectively and collaborating with field management and marketing teams.
The primary purpose of the senior Solution Sales role is to lead, drive, and manage the line of business across Strategic Accounts in the Kingdom, consistently attaining targeted revenue and profitability goals. This is achieved through sales leadership, use of relevant processes, and continuous training to meet all sales and quality targets in line with business objectives. The position also serves as the primary escalation point for Solution Sales activities.
