As the Senior Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing oursocial media strategy to enhance our online presence, engage our audience, and drive business goals. You will have to be a creative thinker with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of social mediatrends and platforms.


In this role, you will:


  • Develop and Implement Social Media Strategy: Create, execute, and manage comprehensive social media strategies that align with the company's marketing and business goals;
  • Content Creation and Management: Develop engaging, high-quality content for various socialmedia platforms, including X, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others;
  • Community Management: Monitor and engage with our social media community. Manageresponses, comments and messages promptly and professionally;
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyse, and report on social media performance metrics,providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement;
  • Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, andapply this knowledge to enhance our social media presence;
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, PR, and design teams to ensure a cohesive brandmessaging and effective execution;
  • Training and Mentorship: Provide guidance and training to junior team members, fostering aculture of continuous learning and improvement.
