At WSP, our Security Risk Management team delivers comprehensive design and advisory services to protect people, assets, and operations. We specialize in Security Threat and Risk Assessments, Project Security Briefs, and Security Strategies tailored to the unique needs of each project.

We are seeking a Senior Security Consultant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on landmark developments and critical infrastructure projects across the region, influencing how security integrates into world-class built environments.

Responsibilities
  • Represent WSP’s Security Risk Management team with clients and stakeholders.
  • Lead and deliver security risk assessments, strategic design work, and audits of existing facilities.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to integrate security into complex built environment projects.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.
  • Support business development by identifying opportunities, attending client meetings, and converting leads into project wins.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Security Risk Management, Physical Security Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years’ experience in physical security within the built environment and or management consulting.
  • Professional certifications such as CPP, PSP, or CSC (highly desirable).
  • Proven track record delivering high-profile projects across commercial, mixed-use, residential, and critical infrastructure sectors.
