Roles & Responsibilities
- Strategic Sales Leadership
Define and execute the annual sales strategy in alignment with brand objectives. Set and cascade team targets, optimize product portfolio, and refine pricing strategies to maximize revenue growth.
- Premium Client Development
Lead the end-to-end relationship management of high-net-worth clients. Deliver tailored solutions through in-depth needs analysis, exclusive events, and community engagement programs. Enhance customer acquisition, loyalty, and lifetime value, while resolving complex client issues with professionalism to safeguard brand equity.
- Team Management & Capability Building
Direct and mentor the sales team in daily operations. Implement structured training in product expertise and consultative selling, establish robust performance and incentive frameworks, and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Market Intelligence & Brand Synergy
Continuously track market dynamics, customer trends, and competitor activities. Produce actionable insights and partner with marketing teams to design impactful campaigns, optimizing conversion pathways and strengthening brand visibility.
- Customer Experience & Value-Added Services
Drive cross-functional collaboration with after-sales and service teams to deliver seamless, premium customer experiences. Oversee value-added services and ensure every touchpoint meets brand standards and enhances client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or related fields.
- Proficiency in English as a working language.
- Proven experience in sales management with automotive brands; exposure to premium new energy vehicle (NEV) operations is highly desirable.
- Strong network of high-end clientele with demonstrated ability to build and manage exclusive customer communities. Excellent negotiation skills and client relationship management capabilities.
- Skilled in data analysis and sales performance review, with the ability to translate insights into optimized strategies.
- Solid team leadership experience, including developing training programs, coaching sales staff, and driving teams to achieve annual sales targets.
- Valid driver’s license. Professional appearance, refined demeanor, and strong service orientation aligned with the values of a premium brand.
