Job Title: Senior Sales Engineer – Valves Division (KSA)

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Salary: SAR 17,000 – 20,000 (depending on experience)

About the Company: Our client, a well-established trading firm founded in 2004, specializes in serving the MEP and HVAC industries across the UAE. With offices in both Dubai and Abu Dhabi, the company provides a comprehensive range of valves and pumps for HVAC and plumbing solutions. As part of their regional expansion, they have recently launched operations in Saudi Arabia and are looking to hire a Senior Sales Engineer to lead and grow their presence in the Kingdom, focusing on the Valves Division.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to build the company’s presence in Saudi Arabia, with a primary focus on valves for HVAC and plumbing.
  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities with contractors, consultants, and distributors.
  • Manage and expand relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth objectives in the region.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the HVAC and MEP sectors.
  • Provide technical support, product presentations, and demonstrations to clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, logistics, and technical support) to ensure smooth delivery and after-sales service.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in valves, pumps, or HVAC/MEP-related products in Saudi Arabia
  • Strong network of contacts within the KSA MEP/HVAC industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and build a market presence from the ground up.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
