Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project control management.
• Proven experience in residential development, real estate, and mega projects within KSA is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, and monitoring to meet objectives.
• Manage cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
