Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Saudi Arabia is looking for an experienced Project Scheduler. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and at least 10 years of planning and scheduling experience in construction or infrastructure projects. Proficiency in Primavera P6 is mandatory, and PMP/PADM certifications are preferred. Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic are essential to collaborate effectively and prepare comprehensive reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in planning and scheduling within construction & infrastructure projects.
• Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) and Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) preferred.
• Understanding of project management standards and methodologies (PMI / PMP).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop detailed project schedules using specialized planning software.
• Monitor project progress and identify schedule variances.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports including performance progress reports.
• Coordinate schedules with various teams for project alignment.
• Develop resource plans and ensure resource availability throughout projects.
