Qualifications

  • 8-15 years of hands-on experience as a Millwright Technician in relevant fields.
  • Extensive experience with rotating equipment during shutdowns.
  • Supervisory or senior-level experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise mechanical maintenance teams during shutdown operations.
  • Perform disassembly and reassembly of pumps, compressors, and turbines.
  • Conduct precision alignment of rotating equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and implement corrective actions for mechanical issues.
  • Inspect mechanical components for performance issues and prepare reports.
  • Ensure tasks meet shutdown schedules and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with planners and safety personnel.
  • Assist in rigging and lifting operations.
  • Train junior technicians on maintenance procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols.
