Responsibilities

• Lead the production control team in planning and scheduling manufacturing activities.
• Develop production control strategies to improve efficiency.
• Manage Master Production Schedule (MPS) in alignment with sales forecasts.
• Monitor production performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Support new product introductions from a planning perspective.
