Qiddiya Investment Company is at the forefront of creating a new entertainment and culture hub in Saudi Arabia, and we invite applications for the position of Senior Manager - Invoicing & General Ledger.
This pivotal role will oversee the invoicing process and the general ledger function, ensuring accurate financial data is maintained and reporting requirements are met.
The Senior Manager will lead a team responsible for invoicing operations and the integrity of the general ledger, playing a crucial role in supporting financial planning and analysis activities.
Your expertise will help enhance our financial processes while ensuring compliance with established regulations and standards.

Responsibilities
  • In coordination with Finance, ensure accurate, compliant and timely invoicing and finance postings for operational contracts
  • Upload invoices and accruals to the system (PRISM and others if required)[SA1.
    1], and track approvals, payments and accruals
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, FM operators and internal teams to gather performance data
  • Work closely with Operations, FM teams, and service provers to validate service delivery
  • Act as the commercial point of contact for billing queries, disputes and contract interpretation
  • Provide monthly reporting updates to leadership on status of outstanding invoices / contracts
  • Maintain contract documentation, approvals, and commercial justification to support internal and external audits
  • Lead a high performing team, promoting a culture of excellence, integrity and continuous improvement
  • Other tasks and ad-hoc requirements as assigned by the line manager
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, contract management or related field
  • A minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in commercial, contract management, finance experience preferably in FM, O&M or complex operations in the GCC
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and local accounting standards
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (PRISM, Ariba.
    .etc) [SA1]and advanced Excel skills
  • Experience management multi million SAR operational contracts and high-volume monthly billing
  • Proven experience in team management and staff development
