This role is essential in guiding our asset management initiatives and ensuring strategic alignment to maximize our portfolio’s value.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive asset strategy plans, ensuring alignment with the broader business objectives of Qiddiya.
• Analyze performance metrics and market conditions to identify growth opportunities and operational efficiencies within the asset portfolio.
• Collaborate with various departments to drive integration of asset management strategies with overall project and operational plans.
• Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations to senior leadership concerning portfolio performance and strategic initiatives.
• Foster strong relationships with external stakeholders, including investors and partners, to promote Qiddiya's asset strategies and objectives.
• Keep abreast of industry best practices, emerging trends, and competitive landscape to inform strategy and innovation.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, instilling a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the Asset Strategy team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related discipline; a Master’s degree is preferred.
