Job summary

A leading contracting and trading firm in Saudi Arabia is looking for a Senior HSE Officer. This role involves developing and implementing health, safety, and environmental policies, conducting risk assessments, and providing training to promote a culture of safety. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience, with strong skills in leadership, communication, and incident investigations. Familiarity with HSE regulations and a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years working experience, with 3 years relevant working experience.
• 2 years of experience in GCC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs.
• Conduct risk assessments and audits.
• Lead incident investigations and corrective action planning.
• Provide HSE training and education.
• Monitor and evaluate HSE performance metrics.
• Liaise with regulatory agencies on HSE matters.
• Prepare HSE reports for stakeholders.
