Job summary

A leading governance and compliance firm in Riyadh is seeking a candidate to lead and enhance governance and compliance efforts. The role involves implementing corporate policies, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, and delivering training across departments. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 3–5 years of experience in corporate governance, and strong bilingual communication skills. Certifications in governance and compliance are preferred. This is a full-time position based in Riyadh.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years in corporate governance, compliance, or audit (preferably within Saudi regulatory context).
  • Experience with ISO management systems and policy governance.
  • Certifications (preferred): GRCP/GRCA, CCEP/CCEP-I, ISO 9001 LI/LA, CGRC (ISC2), PMP/PRINCE2.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain corporate governance standards and reporting structures.
  • Lead the design, review, and rollout of corporate policies and procedures.
  • Oversee compliance with PDPL, MoT, and CMA requirements.
  • Manage the implementation of ISO 9001 and related certifications.
  • Conduct compliance reviews and control testing.
  • Deliver compliance and governance training programs.
