The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years of experience in related audits, a technical degree, and professional qualifications in internal auditing. Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively in Arabic and English are essential. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating risk controls and training staff, making this a dynamic and critical role within the organization.

Qualifications

• Professional qualifications in internal auditing such as CIA, CISA, etc. required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Technical, Engineering, and/or Operational audits.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple fraud investigations.
• Conduct fraud risk assessments and provide strategies to reduce risks.
• Prepare and communicate audit interim reports.

Skills

Bachelor Degree in Engineering or a technical discipline

Professional Qualifications in Internal Auditing (CIA, CISA)

Minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience

Good knowledge of risk management and internal controls

Good knowledge in data analysis and data mining techniques

Strong report writing and project management skills

Job description

Job Overview

To lead fraud response, prevention and detection, oversee and run multiple investigations at one time. Also, evaluate fraud awareness and prepare a program for the Group’s operations to improve the prevention efficiency level in the Group Kingdom-wide.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct fraud investigations, including:
  • Interviewing persons in connection with investigations
  • Handling and managing evidence
  • Analyzing financial and business documents
  • Providing factual and detailed findings capable of being admitted into evidence in Court
• Undertake other factual investigations as required
• Prepare the audit interim report and follow up on the communication of the final report and subsequent actions taken towards the recommendations made
• Undertake fraud risk assessments, identifying risks and control deficiencies within the Group, and providing strategies to reduce risks and rectify deficiencies identified
• Assess fraud control frameworks and draft fraud control plans and related policies
• Analyze results of data analysis and provide insights and recommendations
• Assess the Group’s compliance with anti-money laundering and financing legislation
• Perform Anti-Bribery & Corruption risk assessment and business partner reviews
• Provide fraud training and facilitation of workshops
• Any other responsibility assigned by the Chief Auditor
