Job Overview
To lead fraud response, prevention and detection, oversee and run multiple investigations at one time. Also, evaluate fraud awareness and prepare a program for the Group’s operations to improve the prevention efficiency level in the Group Kingdom-wide.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct fraud investigations, including:
- Interviewing persons in connection with investigations
- Handling and managing evidence
- Analyzing financial and business documents
- Providing factual and detailed findings capable of being admitted into evidence in Court
- Undertake other factual investigations as required
- Prepare the audit interim report and follow up on the communication of the final report and subsequent actions taken towards the recommendations made
- Undertake fraud risk assessments, identifying risks and control deficiencies within the Group, and providing strategies to reduce risks and rectify deficiencies identified
- Assess fraud control frameworks and draft fraud control plans and related policies
- Analyze results of data analysis and provide insights and recommendations
- Assess the Group’s compliance with anti-money laundering and financing legislation
- Perform Anti-Bribery & Corruption risk assessment and business partner reviews
- Provide fraud training and facilitation of workshops
- Any other responsibility assigned by the Chief Auditor
Qualifications
- Arabic - Native / Mother Tongue
- English - Very Good

Job Skills
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or a technical discipline
- Professional Qualifications in Internal Auditing such as CIA, CISA, etc.
- Minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience in Technical, Engineering and/or Operational audits
- Good knowledge of organization structures, risk management and internal controls across the technical areas
- Good knowledge in data analysis and data mining techniques
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and Arabic is essential
- Strong report writing and project management skills
- Ability to think "outside the box" and apply creative and constructive thinking
- Demonstrate initiative, adaptability, maturity and sound judgment with exemplary business ethics
- Excellent analytical skills
- Must be able to work independently as well as in a team
- Ability to train new recruits and existing staff
