Qiddiya Investment Company is on the lookout for a Senior Director - Development - Hospitality, a key leadership role focused on building a world‑class hospitality offering at the heart of our groundbreaking entertainment destination.

This position combines strategic vision with hands‑on project execution to create exceptional hospitality experiences that cater to an array of guests. As the Senior Director of Hospitality Development, you will be responsible for guiding the development of hotels, resorts, and other lodging facilities, ensuring all projects align with the overall goals of Qiddiya.

You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, industry partners, and designers to create innovative and sustainable hospitality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for hospitality project development, in line with Qiddiya’s vision and market demand.
• Oversee all stages of project development, from initial concept through design, construction, and opening.
• Conduct market research and feasibility studies to drive informed decision‑making in hospitality investments.
• Work with architects, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance and high standards of quality.
• Foster robust relationships with hotel operators, investors, and other key stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with each project throughout the development process.
• Advocate for sustainability and innovation within all aspects of hospitality development.
• Report project status, progress, and financial performance to the executive team and stakeholders.
