Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in pricing and contract administration.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop department operating structure and processes.
• Ensure compliance for awarded contracts in performance, invoicing.
• Manage contract administrators and assess existing contracts staff.
• Prepare knowledge transfer programs for contract management.
• Review change requests and support contracts management services.
