Role Overview:

As a Senior Budgeting Specialist, you will play a crucial role in overseeing project budgets, financial forecasting, and reporting, ensuring the project’s financial health aligns with key performance indicators. You’ll work alongside a team of experts in water infrastructure, contributing directly to one of Saudi Arabia’s essential infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage comprehensive budgeting frameworks and financial models for project performance.
2. Ensure accurate cost tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis.
3. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize budget efficiency.
4. Deliver high-quality budget and financial reports to project stakeholders.

Qualifications:

1. Strong background in budgeting, ideally in large infrastructure or water-related projects.
2. Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field; advanced qualifications are advantageous.
3. Proven experience working within the Middle East is preferred.
