INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking an Senior APC Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting Cybersecurity Solutions across industries such as Oil & Gas (Upstream, Midstream, Downstream), Petrochemicals, and Utilities. We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing and developing BI solutions, with a focus on SQL-based data modeling and reporting, Python-based data processing, and integration with .NET MVC web applications. You will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and software developers to transform raw data into meaningful insights that drive business decisions. INTECH’s commitment to providing fully packaged, reliable solutions ensure you will contribute to transformative projects that enhance power distribution and infrastructure efficiency.

What You’ll Lead and Deliver :

• Execute the Commissioning of APC
• Perform the Feasibility study of APC projects.
• Perform the plant-wide optimization using GDOT technology.
• Implement program management skills overall for the project
• Use of the prior knowledge of process Operation and its dynamics
• Must do data Analytics, benefit estimate, and business case development
• Manage maintenance and support of existing APC implementations
• Lead the Team of APC Engineers to :
  • Perform Optimization of Refinery, Oil & Gas, and Petrochemical Plants
  • The Implementation of APC through each phase of execution
  • Mode Development
  • Step Testing
  • Fine-tuning and calibration
• Identify the requirements of Inferential and their development.
• Generate inference through Deep Learning

Requirements

To Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have :

Experience : 30+ Years of APC Experience in Industrial Sectors : Oil & Gas, Refinery, Chemical, Petrochemical and Gas Processing Industries.

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
