Microsoft and InMobi have entered into a strategic partnership. In this partnership, InMobi will be the exclusive partner for Microsoft’s search inventory. Microsoft Search Advertising empowers the largest advertisers around the world to reach their maximum potential through paid search engine marketing on the Microsoft Bing Ads platform. InMobi will be responsible for the complete business management/transaction across Bing.

Role: Sales Manager in Saudi Arabia

You are expected to drive new client acquisition and grow incremental revenue against a targeted list of high potential agencies and advertisers through continuous engagement. You will build and maintain a pipeline of clients and agencies to onboard onto the Microsoft Advertising platform. Collaborate with internal Account Managers and Strategy teams to develop customer plans aimed at revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Cultivating strategic client relationships, revenue generation, and delivering customized search solutions will be key to your role. Your success will be measured by KPIs focused on new customer acquisition, product adoption, customer experience, and opportunity optimization.

First Quarter Objectives:

  • Understand the Microsoft Advertising Ecosystem in KSA and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
  • Leverage existing relationships to drive revenue and develop new industry relationships.
  • Build a predictable pipeline of clients for partnership and onboarding.
  • Create high-value revenue opportunities to meet quotas.
  • Engage regularly with key clients and coordinate with teams to achieve targets.

Second Quarter Onwards:

  • Master and expand activities from the first quarter.
  • Grow Bing’s share by onboarding new clients and agencies.
  • Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for effective opportunity leveraging.
  • Enhance Search Industry expertise and pursue personal development through training.

Role Requirements & Expectations:

  • 6+ years of experience, including 3+ years in online media sales/digital advertising.
  • Strong network in the KSA marketplace with understanding of key digital players.
  • Ability to build a client base from scratch, experience in lead generation and relationship management.
  • Skilled in digital media solutions, storytelling, and engaging presentations.
  • Proven ability to manage key client relationships and meet revenue targets.
  • Customer-focused with strong communication skills and a passion for technology.
  • Willing to travel within markets to meet clients.
  • Bilingual in English and Arabic.

Preferred:

  • MBA or advanced degree.
  • Search Engine Marketing experience.
  • Understanding of the digital ecosystem.
  • Ad-agency experience.

Location:

Riyadh, with frequent travel within KSA.
