Sales Manager
Location: Saudi Arabia
CTC Range: SAR - 22000 - 25000.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the Saudi Arabian market.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Team Leadership and Management:
- Lead a team of sales professionals, setting objectives, coaching, and performance monitoring.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new sales representatives.
- Business Development:
- Identify potential clients and decision-makers and build long-term relationships with them.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Saudi market.
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders.
- Sales Targets / Sales Operations:
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
- Oversee the sales operations, including pipeline management, forecasting and sales tracking.
- Financial Management:
- Develop and manage the sales budget in Saudi region.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to forecast revenue.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the MD of the Group.
- Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Market Analysis:
- Understand the competitive landscape and Saudi market trends.
- Provide on-the-ground insights into market dynamics and changes.
- Compliance and Cultural Sensitivity:
- Ensure adherence to laws and regulations governing business operations in Saudi Arabia.
- Demonstrate sensitivity to the cultural nuances and business practices within the region.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with the Sales Director to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail product & project sales.
- Understanding of the Saudi Arabian business culture and legal requirements.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise in Shopfitting/Retail/Design acumen.
- Prior experience in managing a team.
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
- Exceptional negotiation and sales skills.
- Experience in business planning and negotiation.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
- Fluency/proficiency in Arabic and English is required due to the bilingual nature of the business environment in Saudi Arabia.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.
Working Conditions
The Sales Manager will be based in Saudi Arabia and may be required to travel extensively within the region and occasionally internationally. They must be able to navigate the cultural and business landscape of the Middle East effectively.
