Job summary

A leading digital asset platform in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive new business across APAC markets. The role requires 5+ years of institutional sales experience, a strong understanding of crypto workflows, and a hunter mentality for exceeding sales targets. You will own the full sales cycle, build relationships with senior stakeholders, and represent the company at industry events. Travel is required approximately 25% of the time, offering a dynamic and rewarding opportunity.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of institutional or enterprise sales experience in crypto, wallet infrastructure, custody, or financial/market infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of crypto workflows across DeFi trading, treasury management, tokenization, payments, and other institutional use cases.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and generating pipeline in new or developing markets.

  • Drive new business across APAC with crypto-native institutions, trading firms, exchanges, fintechs, and financial organizations.

Who We Are

Fordefi is the first institutional-grade wallet platform purpose-built for DeFi. Our MPC wallet and transaction infrastructure are used by nearly 300 institutional clients to securely deploy capital across multiple blockchains.Fordefi was recently acquired by Paxos, a regulated digital asset infrastructure provider powering stablecoins and settlement solutions for global financial institutions. Together, we are scaling secure and compliant access to digital assets worldwide.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive new business across APAC with crypto-native institutions, trading firms, exchanges, fintechs, and financial organizations.
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solution alignment, POC management, negotiation, and closing.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across business, product, compliance, risk, and technology.
  • Develop territory and account strategies to expand Fordefi’s presence in key APAC markets.
  • Partner with Sales Engineering, Product, and Paxos GTM teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Represent Fordefi at industry events and client engagements.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and CRM data.
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of institutional or enterprise sales experience in crypto, wallet infrastructure, custody, or financial/market infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of crypto workflows across DeFi trading, treasury management, tokenization, payments, and other institutional use cases.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and generating pipeline in new or developing markets.
  • Hunter mentality with excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to operate independently across APAC markets; willingness to travel ~25%.
