Job summary

Arabic AI is seeking a Business Development Manager- Services to drive new logos across the UAE market with its LSP, Ureed Secondments and Content Lab offerings. You will lead prospecting, build targeted account plans, and engage stakeholders to close multi-service deals.

The role emphasizes hunter mentality, resilience, and the ability to work under pressure in a target-driven environment, with involvement across partnerships and government bids.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field.
• At least 8 years of proven experience in business development, new business sales, or hunting roles.
• Strong understanding of Language and Translation services markets.
• Experience in agency environments, particularly language services, localization or related B2B services.
• Proven track record of acquiring new clients and closing B2B deals.
• Experience managing a defined target-account list and developing penetration strategies.
• Excellent prospecting, networking, negotiation and closing skills.
• Fluent English with strong communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own new logo acquisition within assigned markets and build commercial relationships.
• Develop account-specific GTM plans and conduct comprehensive research on targets.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects and opportunities.
• Qualify opportunities using structured methodologies and drive through to closure.
• Collaborate with Production, Marketing and other functions to tailor proposals.
• Lead industry networking, events and client meetings to promote the organization.
• Manage CRM records and provide pipeline visibility and forecasting.
