Arabic.AI is seeking a Business Development Manager- Services to drive new business growth across the Enterprise Services portfolio, including LSP, Ureed Secondments, and Content Lab. The role focuses on hunter-driven growth, engaging target accounts, and converting opportunities into clients.

You will own end-to-end business development, from research and outreach to closing deals, while collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored, value-driven solutions across markets, including UAE

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business management or related field preferred.
• 8+ years in business development/hunting roles.
• Experience in multi-product/portfolio selling (e.g., agency, staffing, LSP, or professional services environments).
• Strong understanding of Language and Translation services and market sectors.
• Excellent prospecting, networking, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Willingness to travel 25–50% to UAE, typically involving one to two business trips per month.

• Own acquisition of new logos within assigned markets and accounts.
• Develop account-specific approaches to penetrate target organizations and establish new relationships.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects and opportunities.
• Achieve assigned business development and revenue targets.
• Qualify opportunities and manage pipeline with MEDDPICC or equivalent.
• Lead commercial discussions, proposals, and negotiations.
• Collaborate with Production, Marketing and other functions to deliver solutions.
• Attend industry conferences and events to promote the organization.
• Travel as required to client sites and events.
