Job summary

ARIS in Riyadh is seeking an Associate Account Executive to join the sales team. You will work with senior members to learn consultative, value-based selling and own parts of the cycle from day one. The role targets large regional banks and requires strong communication and a drive to prospect in a fast-paced environment.

You will build skills across BPA, Process Mining, and GRC while developing enterprise relationships and pipeline. Saudization rules apply and visa sponsorship is not provided.

Qualifications

• Up to 2 years of experience in sales, business development, consulting, or a client-facing role.
• Strong graduates are welcome to apply.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify target organisations across the territory and map decision-makers.
• Run outbound prospecting through calls, email, LinkedIn and events to book first meetings and build qualified pipeline.
• Learn our solutions: BPA, Process Mining, and GRC.
• Join discovery calls and client meetings to understand client processes, risk, compliance and architecture.
• Support senior Account Executives on proposals, demos, and deal follow-up.
• Keep the CRM accurate and report on activity and pipeline to sales leadership.
• Follow trends in process management and governance to hold credible client conversations.
