Hyatt Place AlUla represents a significant milestone in Hyatt’s expansion across the region and will feature 214 guestrooms, two food and beverage outlets, meeting space, swimming pool and a fitness center appealing to both leisure and business travelers.
Your Role
As Revenue Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting Hyatt Place AlUla by leading revenue management strategies that maximize overall performance and drive sustainable growth. You will be responsible for positioning the hotel competitively in the market through thoughtful pricing, segmentation, forecasting, and distribution strategies. Partnering closely with hotel leadership, sales, marketing, and operations teams, you will help shape commercial strategies that outperform competitors, increase market share, and optimize both room and total revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive revenue management strategies across pricing, segmentation, inventory, and distribution to maximize revenue, occupancy, and market share.
- Position Hyatt Place AlUla competitively within its market through data-driven analysis, demand forecasting, and targeted promotions.
- Lead pricing and inventory strategies for both transient and group business, optimizing demand displacement throughout the booking lifecycle.
- Produce accurate short- and long‑term revenue forecasts, supporting daily operations, monthly reviews, and the annual budgeting process in line with Hyatt standards.
- Analyze the performance of revenue strategies and provide clear insights, recommendations, and regular communication to hotel leadership, including the General Manager.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, events, and group teams to align commercial strategies and maximize total hotel revenue, including rooms and food & beverage.
- Facilitate Daily Business Review meetings in accordance with Hyatt Revenue Management standards, offering guidance on exceptions to booking guidelines.
- Ensure effective use, optimization, and ongoing auditing of Hyatt revenue management systems, including PRIO and Reserve.
- Partner with front office teams to enhance revenue through upselling initiatives, sell‑out management, and no‑show and cancellation strategies.
- Monitor competitive activity and market trends, providing actionable market intelligence to inform strategic planning.
- Demonstrate leadership by engaging key stakeholders and supporting the development of revenue management talent where applicable.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in revenue management, reservations, or hotel operations; prior Hyatt or hospitality brand experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Excel, data analytics tools, and revenue management systems (Hyatt systems experience a plus).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- A collaborative, proactive approach and a passion for driving results.
