Job summary

Chalhoub Group in Jeddah is seeking an HR Operations Trainee to work with the HR Operations Department and support day-to-day HR administrative and operational activities. Your main responsibilities will include issuing HR letters, translating official documents, onboarding new joiners, and assisting with offers.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or English Translation, fluency in English, and basic MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or English Translation or a related field.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Issuing HR letters and assisting with translation of official documents.
• Attending, documenting, and translating documents when required.
• Supporting the onboarding process for new joiners, including preparing welcome materials and coordinating employee ID card issuance.
• Assisting the HR team with offer letter preparation and issuance.
• Maintaining accurate filing and archiving of HR documents (electronic and hard copies).
