Job summary

Chalhoub Group in Riyadh invites applications for an HR Operations Trainee to support day-to-day administrative activities and the HR Operations team. You will assist with letters, translations, onboarding, offer letters, filing, and document translation, working closely with colleagues to ensure accurate records and smooth processes.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or translation, fluent English, and basic MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources / English Translation or a related field.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Issuing HR letters and assisting with the translation of official documents.
• Attending, documenting, and translating documents when required.
• Supporting the onboarding process for new joiners, including: Preparing welcome materials, Coordinating employee ID card issuance, Collecting required documents.
• Assisting the HR team with offer letter preparation and issuance.
• Maintaining accurate filing and archiving of HR documents, both: Electronically (soft copies), Manually (hard copies)

What you'll be doing

As an HR Operations Trainee, you will work closely with the HR Operations Departmentand support the team in delivering day-to-day HR administrative and operational activities. Your main responsibilities will include:

What you'll need to succeed
