Job summary

Chalhoub Group is seeking an HR Operations Trainee in Jeddah to support day-to-day HR administration and operations. You will assist with letters, translations, onboarding activities, and HR document management, while collaborating with the HR team on offers and record-keeping.

The role requires a relevant bachelor’s degree, strong English fluency, and basic MS Office skills. The position offers remote and flexible working policies along with healthcare and education support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, English translation, or related field.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Issuing HR letters and translating official documents.
• Attending, documenting, and translating documents when required.
• Supporting onboarding for new joiners: preparing welcome materials, issuing IDs, collecting documents.
• Assisting HR with offer letter preparation and issuance.
• Maintaining accurate filing and archiving of HR documents (electronic and hard copies).

What you’ll be doing

As an HR Operations Trainee, you will work closely with the HR Operations Departmentand support the team in delivering day-to-day HR administrative and operational activities. Your main responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities

• Issuing HR letters and assisting with the translation of official documents.

• Attending, documenting, and translating documents when required.

• Supporting the onboarding process for new joiners, including: Preparing welcome materials, Coordinating employee ID card issuance, Collecting required documents.

• Assisting the HR team with offer letter preparation and issuance.

• Maintaining accurate filing and archiving of HR documents, both: Electronically (soft copies), Manually (hard copies)

What you’ll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources / English Translation or a related field

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Excel, word, PowerPoint.
