Job summary

A leading global provider of supply chain solutions is seeking a Sales Account Manager for their office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have 4–7 years of B2B sales experience, particularly in logistics technology or warehouse automation. Candidates should be skilled in generating leads, managing key accounts, and closing complex deals while maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders. Excellent English is required, and knowledge of Arabic is a plus. A willingness to travel across the region is necessary.

Qualifications

  • 4–7 years of B2B sales experience in supply chain or logistics technology.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse and logistics operations.
  • Proven experience in closing complex deals and managing long-term accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and support junior sales staff.
  • Strong English skills; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel across the region.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads through targeted outbound sales activities.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the Middle East.
  • Take ownership of key accounts, from opportunity creation to contract closure.
  • Lead qualification of large opportunities and provide strategic direction on solutions.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to design tailored solutions.
  • Oversee proposal creation and internal approvals for competitive offerings.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide accurate performance updates.
  • Represent the company at high-level industry events and meetings.
  • Build relationships with senior operational and technical stakeholders.
  • Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
