We're looking for a

Regional Sales Manager

This role is Remote,Saudi Arabia

As the Principal Regional Sales Manager for Saudi Arabia, you will be the founding member of Cornerstone OnDemand's Saudi team—responsible for establishing and rapidly scaling our business in the country. You will represent our suite of Workforce Agility SaaS solutions, driving new business development, building strategic relationships, and nurturing our brand presence in the Kingdom. This role is ideal for a senior sales leader with deep enterprise SaaS experience, a proven track record in the Saudi market, and a passion for organizational transformation.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Market Entry & Strategy : Lead the market entry strategy for Cornerstone OnDemand in Saudi Arabia, identifying growth opportunities and developing go-to-market plans aligned with local enterprise needs and government initiatives.
  • Business Development : Drive new SaaS subscription sales to large enterprises and strategic clients across industries (government, energy, finance, telco, etc.), positioning Cornerstone solutions for maximum impact.
  • Client Relationships : Build and nurture high-level relationships with C-level executives, HR leaders, IT decision-makers, and influencers. Act as a trusted advisor on workforce transformation and digitalization.
  • Brand Ambassadorship : Establish Cornerstone as a leading partner for workforce development and digital transformation in Saudi Arabia; represent the company at industry events, panels, and conferences.
  • Pipeline Management : Own the sales funnel end-to-end; develop new leads, qualify opportunities, manage proposals, and close deals. Forecast revenue accurately and report regularly to the Director – Middle East.
  • Team Building : Build a high-performing local sales and support team as the business grows; coach, mentor, and develop top talent.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product, customer success, and global sales teams to deliver a best-in‑class customer experience.
  • Market Intelligence : Stay ahead of local market trends, competitive landscape, regulatory developments, and emerging HR technologies in Saudi Arabia.
Required Qualifications :
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, ideally within SaaS, HR tech, or workforce agility solutions.
  • Prior sales leadership is welcomed as we seek to build the territory under you.
  • Proven success building and scaling sales in the Saudi market.
  • Strong established network within enterprise and public sectors.
  • Deep understanding of local business practices, compliance regulations, and Saudi Vision 2030 initiatives.
  • Strong consultative selling skills; able to articulate business outcomes, ROI, and transformation value.
  • Native or fluent Arabic and excellent English communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
  • Willingness to travel within the Kingdom and the region.
