The ideal candidate should have expertise in both pre- and post-contract processes, specifically for high-rise building projects. Responsibilities include Mechanical Quantity Take-off, preparing bills of quantities, and collaborating with project teams. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential, along with familiarity with Saudi market rates. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and certification such as RICS or CIOB.

Qualifications

• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications of Electrical.
• Proficient in international measurement principles (e.g., POMI/NRM).
• Proficient in preparing and auditing Bills of Quantities, with capability in cost estimation and tender pricing.
• Familiar with MEP labor productivity rates and material price levels in Saudi Arabia.
• Experience in risk management and contractual assessments.
• Excellent numerical, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Mechanical Quantity Take-off for tendering and reviewing the team's measurement results.
