Job summary

شركة متخصصة في صناعة الخرسانة تبحث عن شخص مسؤول عن ضمان الجودة وتحليل المشكلات. ستقوم بإعداد إجراءات الجودة، والتواصل مع العملاء، وضمان التوافق مع المعايير. يُفضل أن يكون لديك خبرة في الخرسانة مسبقة الصنع. موقع العمل في المنطقة الشرقية، الدمام.

Qualifications

• خبرة في التواصل والقيادة والمشاكل التقنية ذات الصلة بإجراءات الإنتاج.
• تجربة مسبقة مفضلة في مجالات الخرسانة مسبقة الصنع أو الخلط الجاهز.
• معرفة ومعايير ضمان الجودة وفقًا لأفضل الممارسات.

Responsibilities

• إعداد ومراجعة تحديث إجراءات الجودة الخاصة بالشركة.
• البحث والتحقيق في الأسباب الجذرية للحالات غير المطابقة.
• إجراء مسح عشوائي لخط إنتاج المصنع والمستودع.

Job description

• Preparing, reviewing, and updating company’s quality procedures, forms, temples, etc
• To ensure it is giving the applicable, updated, and usable by the related personal. Receiving, reviewing, and replying on the client comments, nonconformity, and queries.
• Conducting random survey on the factory production line, precast storage yard, laboratory, batch plant area, and production materials storage area
• Reporting found items observed during survey to the responsible department/section. When consulted or requested in problem solving.
• Give the needed information as per the standards and specification
• Support and guide the quality department personal by providing them with information, details, and documents that will assist them performing their duties and tasks.
• Investigating the internal and external non-conformity root cause, corrective action and preventive action
• Observing, identifying, and resolving workflow, policies, and procedure issues
• Communicating and coordinating with different projects clients to ensure that their comments, obfuscation, and concerns are replied, clarified and closed. Assist, train, and guild the quality team to ensure there clear understanding of the company procedures
• Conducted internal audit, studies and observation for many quality related issues and had a major role in resolving them.
• Ensure proper understanding of the client requirements, specification, and standards
• Decision making and problem solving in issues related to quality control, quality assurance subjects, and production subjects
• Train, guild, and assist department employee in performing there tasks and duties as require and provide the needed support in all quality related issues.
• Raw materials monthly test report reviewing.
• Support and participates in the activities promoted by HSE Department related to drills, trainings, evacuation, etc
• Promote works with compliance with environment and safety procedures in his duties and roles
