We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Quality Specialist to join our team in KSA–Abha. The Quality Specialist will play a key role in ensuring that healthcare services and operational processes meet established quality and safety standards. This role involves developing, implementing, and monitoring quality assurance programs aimed at enhancing patient care, organizational compliance, and continuous improvement. The specialist will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, accreditation standards, and internal policies, while supporting initiatives that improve service delivery and patient outcomes.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Nursing, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control within the healthcare sector.
  • Certification in Quality Management (such as CPHQ or CQIA) is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, standards, and accreditation systems (e.g., CBAHI, CARF, ISO 9001).
  • Proficient in data analysis and quality improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken Arabic and English.
