Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a minimum of 15 years experience, particularly in high-rise buildings or large-scale projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the Project Quality Plan, Procedures, ITPs, and Method Statements.
• Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and approved drawings.
• Conduct inspections for all structural, architectural, and MEP works and coordinate with consultants for approvals.
• Lead internal and external audits and ensure corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) are implemented.
• Review and approve subcontractors’ quality documentation and ensure they adhere to project quality standards.
• Manage NCRs, SORs, and ensure timely closure with effective root-cause analysis.
• Maintain updated quality records and prepare weekly/monthly quality reports.
• Provide training to project teams on quality procedures and best practices.
• Ensure material deliveries comply with approved material submittals and project requirements.
• Coordinate with the Consultant, and construction team on all Quality-related matters.

Skills

• previous experience in high rise towers is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in quality management in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of international and local quality standards and construction codes.
