The candidate will have a strong background in Quality Control and be responsible for developing quality management systems, conducting audits, and supervising the quality control team. The ideal applicant will hold a degree in Engineering, possess relevant certifications, and have 4-8 years of experience in quality assurance roles. Qualifications

• Minimum of 4–8 years of experience in Quality Control / Quality Assurance.
• Previous supervisory or managerial responsibilities are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) aligned with standards.
• Oversee inspection activities and quality control procedures.
• Conduct internal quality audits and coordinate external audits.
• Prepare quality reports and inspection documentation.
• Train employees on quality policies and procedures.

Knowledge of ISO standards

Inspection tools and testing procedures

Leadership and communication skills

Analytical thinking

Proficiency in MS Office

Ability to manage cross-functional teams

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline

ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification
