Job description

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical professional to join the Master Gas Project execution team. The role is responsible for ensuring design integrity, technical compliance, installation quality, and commissioning excellence of all electrical systems, in line with ARAMCO / International codes & standards. The incumbent will serve as the key interface between Engineering, Procurement, Construction, QA/QC, and Client stakeholders, ensuring safe, timely, and cost-effective project delivery.

Experience : 3 - 5 years

Salary : SAR 7,500 - 7,500/month

Location : Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical oversight on all electrical engineering activities within the Master Gas Project scope.
  • Review and approve design documents, single line diagrams, load schedules, cable sizing, grounding, and lighting calculations.
  • Ensure compliance with ARAMCO, NEC, IEC, IEEE, and project-specific standards.
  • Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of HV/MV/LV switchgear, transformers, UPS, motors, cables, cathodic protection, and power distribution systems.
  • Conduct site inspections, FAT/SAT, loop checks, and pre-commissioning activities to validate system performance.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and sub-contractors to ensure timely material availability and proper installation methodologies.
  • Lead technical issue resolution, field engineering changes, and interface management with civil, mechanical, and instrumentation disciplines.
  • Drive adherence to HSE standards during all electrical works.
  • Support project controls by providing progress updates, risk assessments, and cost/impact evaluations.
  • Mentor junior engineers and support capability building within the electrical discipline team.
Mandatory Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 8–15 years’ experience in EPC / Oil & Gas / Gas Processing / Petrochemical projects.
  • Prior experience in ARAMCO-approved projects is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of HV/MV/LV systems, hazardous area classifications, and industrial electrical safety.
  • Hands‑on experience with ETAP, AutoCAD, and other electrical engineering software tools.
  • Proven track record in site supervision, QA/QC inspections, and commissioning of large‑scale electrical systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
