An established quality management company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Quality Management Specialist to oversee the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS). Responsibilities include conducting internal audits, reporting on QMS performance, and ensuring all quality records meet project specifications. The ideal candidate has substantial experience in quality management and strong attention to detail.

Job description

• Familiar with QMS structure & aware of the Quality Policy of the organization.
• Ensure establishing, implementing, and maintaining of quality management system of each department.
• Ensuring QMS process maintenance.
• Reporting to Management on QMS performance of all departments.
• Performing Internal Audit and discuss its findings to concern persons for closing out of NCR / CPAR if any.
• Identify any potential quality issues as per defined process and escape potential quality issues immediately to management.
• Ensure that validated deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements
• Isolate, replicate, and report defects and verify defect fixes.
• Controlling of document and records.
• Distributing all controlled documents to concern department as per requirement.
• Ensures the quality records, acceptance certificates, mechanical completion certificates and the documentation for specific systems are prepared and collated in accordance with project requirements.
• Preparation of Inspection test plan (ITP), WPS, Work Procedures, Controlled formats as per Client requirement.
• Coordinate with the site QC in charge for the completion of as-built documentation.
• Attend the QA/QC meeting.
• Coordinate any inconsistencies with test packages with the field QC site inspectors.
