Design and deliver GRC training programs for employees at all levels, including leadership, technical teams, and compliance personnel.
Develop learning materials including presentations, e-learning modules, manuals, and job aids that reflect the latest in GRC standards and best practices.
Facilitate engaging virtual and in-person workshops, scenario-based simulations, and case study discussions.
Customize content for various business functions (e.g., IT, Finance, HR, Legal, Operations).
Serve as an internal expert on GRC frameworks such as ISO 31000, ISO 37301, COSO, NIST, and COBIT.
Advise on the development and maintenance of risk and compliance policies, controls, and procedures.
Monitor regulatory developments and translate changes into training initiatives and actionable guidance.
Partner with compliance, audit, legal, and business units to ensure alignment between regulatory needs and training content.
Conduct needs assessments to identify compliance and risk knowledge gaps.
Define learning KPIs and measure training effectiveness through pre/post assessments, feedback, and audits.
Drive continuous improvement of the GRC learning strategy, incorporating feedback and industry insights.
Contribute to enterprise risk culture initiatives by promoting awareness and accountability.
