Job summary

A leading recruitment company in the GCC region seeks an experienced professional for project scheduling in mining and process engineering. The candidate must have at least 7-9 years of relevant experience, including 3 years dedicated to planning/scheduling. Proficiency in Microsoft Project Software and fluency in English are essential. This role involves developing and monitoring project schedules, performing analysis, and assisting with cost estimates and departmental risk management.

  • Minimum of 3 years should have been dedicated to Planning and/or Scheduling.
  • Specific experience in Microsoft Project Software is a must.

Job description

Development and continual monitoring and updating of Master Project Schedule/s in collaboration with Senior Project Engineers, Project Managers and Engineering Manager. Perform schedule analysis for various activities identifying the projects' time frames and life cycles, critical milestone and critical path activities as well as monitoring the required resources. Assist in the compilation of cost estimates and budgets. Maintain the Departmental Risk Register.

Must hold a higher technical qualification, with at least 7-9 years mining or process engineering experience of which a minimum of 3years + should have been dedicated to Planning and/or Scheduling. Specific experience in Microsoft Project Software is a must. Fluency in both oral and written English is required.
