Job summary

A construction management firm in the Makkah Region of Saudi Arabia is seeking a candidate responsible for overseeing daily construction activities. Responsibilities

• Accountable for work execution and project monitoring and control of daily construction activities.
• Provide technical inputs for methodologies of construction.
• Coordinate between different sites and synchronize their activities.
• Manage resource mobilization and sharing among various sites.
• Allocate tasks within teams based on skill profile.
• Prepare bills for payments.
• Estimate quantities and orders of materials for construction.
• Coordinate with site representatives of client/consultant.
• Optimize utilization of resources and manage vendors, clients, and contractors.
• Manage material and coordinate with the storekeeper.
• Coordinate with quality and HSE departments to implement health and safety measures.
• Ensure quality assurance and documentation.
