We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will support and manage project governance, communication, and delivery processes, ensuring the timely completion of high-quality projects. The role requires a highly motivated, self-driven professional with excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support governance and control systems to ensure effective project management and delivery.
  • Review and align organizational structures for improved efficiency.
  • Monitor project performance, risks, and safety standards, recommending improvements as needed.
  • Conduct compliance audits to ensure adherence to project management systems.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
  • Participate in technical and progress meetings, supporting key stakeholders.
  • Oversee the attainment of design-stage deliverables, ensuring compliance with quality and timeline requirements.
  • Regularly visit project sites to monitor HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, and Environment) compliance, logistics, and progress.
  • Prepare formal reports on project progress, aligning with milestone dates and KPIs.
  • Provide weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports to the employer’s representative.
  • Manage and administer relevant contracts, ensuring client protection.
  • Support financial management, including preparing invoices and monitoring receipts.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of project management experience, with a strong track record in building sector projects.
  • Previous experience working in the Middle East is preferred.
  • Recognized Project Management Certification, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
  • Professional membership or chartership with an industry body (e.g., RICS).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills to liaise with stakeholders.
  • Experience managing pre-contract and post-contract project phases.
  • Commercial and contractual awareness with expertise in construction methodologies.
