Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of IT equipment and network infrastructure for a large-scale venue project in Jeddah. The role is responsible for ensuring delivery within defined scope, timelines, and budget, while coordinating multiple vendors and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure, including laptops, printers, monitors, and network systems
• Coordinate vendors, logistics partners, and internal technical teams to ensure timely deployment
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and risk registers
• Track milestones, dependencies, and key deliverables across multiple workstreams
• Lead progress meetings and provide structured reporting to stakeholders
• Oversee acceptance testing, commissioning, and final project handover

Required Experience & Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT and network infrastructure projects
• Proven experience delivering projects in stadiums or large venues
• Minimum 5+ years in IT infrastructure project management roles
• Hands-on experience delivering end-user devices and enterprise network projects
• Strong stakeholder, client, and vendor management capabilities
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification required
• Knowledge of ITIL frameworks is an advantage
