Job Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and project management, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Project requirement gathering and scoping the Project in alignment with all relevant stakeholders
• Conducting the technical feasibility for the Project and facilitating the financial feasibility
• Defining project tasks and resource requirements
• Developing, maintaining and abiding by the project plans and time linesDefining all project stakeholders and managing them effectively
• Preparing and Managing Project Budget
• Managing Project Procurement
• Reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, coordination with Electro-mechanical discipline, time schedule and construction quality control aspects.
• Managing project resource allocation
• Monitoring and reporting project progress of a project on timely basis
• Defining the project risk register and managing the same throughout the project lifecycle
• Managing changes within the project by means of effective change management
• Supporting external project within the domain of my specialisation
• Supporting the competency development of the team
• Complying with Health, Safety and Environment regulations
• Executing Management directives as required.
• Functional Reporting to : Executive Manager - Building Maintenance & Development

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Project Manager
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• PMP Certification is required
• Extensive experience managing FMCG industrial projects as a Project Manager.
• Background in an Engineering Consultancy or General Contracting company.
• Experience in KSA is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with KSA governmental rules and regulations.
• Experience in dairy projects is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Expert user of MS Project.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
